Stanley Johnson likes Oregon among other national programs.
Five-star small forward Stanley Johnson tweeted out Friday morning he had made his top group of schools after fielding over 30 scholarship offers.
Johnson said his top schools are now: UNLV, Oregon, San Diego State, NC State, Kentucky, Arizona, Louisville, USC, Syracuse, Florida, and UCLA.
Johnson is a 6-foot-6 wing out of Mater Dei high school in Santa Ana, CA. He plays his AAU ball for the prolific Oakland Solidiers. Oregon signed former Soldiers Jabari Brown in 2011 and Dominic Artis in 2012.
According to 247Sports.com Johnson is the nation's 13th best recruit in the 2014 class and third best shooting guard.
DuckTerritory.com sources say that Florida and Kentucky have done a good job recruiting Johnson early on. Arizona is another program that's made an early impact.
