Monday night Oregon (3-0) plays host to the Jacksonville State (3-1) Gamecocks out of the Ohio Valley Conference. The game is Oregon's second game in the Global Sports Challenge and their final tuneup game before facing No. 18 UNLV on Friday evening.

The Ducks and Gamecocks only other meeting came in Dana Altman's first season dating back to Dec. 13th 2010. Oregon won the game 74-56 and then sophomore E.J. Singler had 14 points, seven rebounds, two assists, and two steals, and one block in 26 minutes.
Oregon is coming off a 74-48 victory over Vanderbilt on Friday night and Oregon leader and senior E.J. Singler scored a game high 22 points. Jacksonville State last played on Saturday at UNLV and lost 77-58 at UNLV. The UNLV loss snapped a six-game regular season winning streak. In the loss senior Ronnie Boggs led the Gamecocks scoring 16 points and grabbed nine rebounds while blocking one shot on defense.
The Ducks will be without junior center Waverly Austin who suffered a wrist injury Friday night and had an x-ray performed Saturday. The timetable for Austin's return is unknown at this time.
The Ducks enter tonight's game with balanced scoring with five Ducks averaging double-digit points. Singler leads the team with 13.3 per game. Freshman Damyean Dotson averages 11 while seniors Carlos Emory and Tony Woods add 10 per game. Freshman Dominic Artis also scores 10 points per game for the Ducks.
