Why not take two LBs?
Couple years back they took five, and only a couple ever contributed. Time to take all you can at OL and LB.

DuckDude what makes you so sure Cal will be waking up the next 2 years? Just because of vastly improved QB play and the emergence of Bigelow? True those guys are going to be major players, but I don't think they'll win more than 7 games next year or 8 the year after.

I believe he is referring to the new coaching staff coming in... they could be vastly improved within the next 3 years... or be right where they are at.

I think by decision date Tre means he is done after the Texas visit and will put Ducks fans to rest by reaffirming his commitment to Oregon. If he was going to switch school i think he would wait til Signing Day and make have ESPN make a big deal about it. IMO.

Outside of Johnson, no other targets have presented themselves to us. Benoit might be the one kid who ends up scoring a late offer...particularly if Wilson flips.

I'd say yes. I'd be more surprised if Prevot didn't sign with A&M than if he did. Bellamy is going to be a tough pull too, but with an official visit to come right before Signing Day, the Ducks might have a chance at a last minute steal. Georgia is still the front runner here though with Tennessee close behind.

Bigs didn't tear up his knee, just a cleanup procedure and he will be back in six months in time for fall camp. Cal doesn't have much RB depth but Lasco looks pretty promising.
Also, FU guys if you flip Hunt and/or Ragin, 70% ouch!
