This was the greatest environment for a recruit to visit... it always has a huge affect on recruits when the get to see a game like that. Was is official or unofficial?

Why is there not a list and bio of these guys on the site? Id rather not have to go to scouts site to see who you are talking about on this one. Im forced to comb through old posts and its just not realistic...
Not very impressed with the basketball recruit coverage.

Bow, they in the process of building the database. This 247 site is just 5 months old. It takes time, and they have data entry people pecking away at it back in Nashville, we should be able to access the database by next Dec. The actual coverage of BB events I believe is very good.

It doesnt take much to pin a topic up on basketball recruits in the message board. IMO, its kinda lazy to not have ANYTHING on the site about basketball besides in widely spread topics on message boards.
I get better coverage for free on other sites. I think I'll just come back when the site gets better content.

I agree 100%. Matt constantly gives us updates on all of these guys. Scout and rivals haven't updated their info in months. If I ever have a question regarding a recruit I will ask Matt before I ever look at the other sites. I also remember him saying that they are working on a basketball recruiting section. Honestly right now, football recruiting is what the big thing is right now.

Updates on guys I have no clue who they are does me zero good. Like I said, pinning a topic with information on the recruits from this year and 2012 just isnt hard. Yes, Matt and JHop have great insight and thats why I've stayed, but not ONE decent bio any of the football players and not even a list from basketball just isnt worth $10.
To each his own. If you guys feel you are getting what you pay for then that is awesome. I just feel I'm not after LOI day. Cost/benefit analysis. None of the basketball recruit names mean anything unless you know who they are.

I hate to say it but it is the best $10 a month that I spend. The info is unmatched by any of the competition. Go ahead and pay for the other sites that never update anything or pay for this site and get great information every single day. It is your money. I will keep wasting my money on this site.

Gotta agree with everyone else here Bowerz...These guys are busting their asses to get us all the info we ask for. And, you seem to be the only one who didn't know who Landon Lucas is. The site is growing and it is certainly okay to request additional information and hope for expanded coverage and databases. But, that was a pretty harsh take on the guys who bring us all this great info. We have a great community here which is growing together. A little patience and respect goes a long way.
