Can LMJ have contact with via Twitter with recruits?

I could be wrong, but he technically isn't a booster until he has donated money I believe. Plus, recruits are initiating the contact. Could be completely wrong though.

There is no way that the NCAA is going to try to police social media unless it involves a coach or really rich/famous booster AND is an egregious (sp?) violation.

Shaq has been talking to Lawyer Milloy too on twitter. I can't see this being an issue.

So the NCAA is enforcing egregious spelling violations? Great idea! What are the penalties ... time outs, sentences on the blackboard ("I will not f!!!k up. I will not f***K up.), standing in the corner?

As most pro players contribute to their alma matter. I'm sure this would classify Lawyer as a booster.

LMJ can talk to whomever he wants to on twitter and any potential recruit can talk to anyone they want EXCEPT for a coach and a coach can't talk to a recruit on twitter/FB, etc
