By the looks of things, the way we are recruiting nationally we could be in for a solid end to the recruiting cycle yet again. Chip and his staff seem to be selling the program and opportunity to play for Oregon very well. Can't be upset about that at all
I think beating down USC on ESPN will do wonders for the program and recruiting.
USC is still viewed as a powerhouse type program, and the kids who are choosing now grew up when USC was dominating. Same thing was the case for the years after Miami, FSU, and Nebraska, etc. were all doing really well. To go in to USC and show the nation on ESPN that the Ducks are the cream of the crop is huge.
This could be a very large win for the program and the kids as a whole for this year and years to come.
This will be the last year IMO that if Oregon offers a kid from Oregon, he doesn't commit on the spot. These recent years of success are going to really push them up from the "flash in the pan" type of school we were once viewed as.
This will also trickle up to Washington and down to Northern Cali as well.
Thanks for the update. Him and Ifo are my top hopes for DBs

Awesome, Walls is one of my favorite recruits, it'd be great to land him.
