Congrats to him.
Also, does anyone think all these Texas A&M guys would be getting all this love if they had stayed in the Big 12.
Isn't the Doak Walker award being presented tonight too?
Did he win the Doak award. I changed channels for a while..
Enjoy Life, it has an expiration date.
+1 Great person. Great football player.
It was pretty cool to see my boyhood idol Steve Largent handing out the Biletnikoff award. He's pretty much the reason i'm a football fan.
It will be announced live on the College Football Awards show on ESPN.
darn Monty Ball got it
WTF! I know he was a beast last year. No way he deserved it this year. If they gave it to Franklin then maybe so but not Ball.
Crap. The best D in the Big 10 was tOSU, and a Best made them look like swish cheese, yet he did nothing in the Pac 12. Ball did crap vs OOC but tore up the big 10.
It was probably a sympathy vote since he got mugged before the season and beat up pretty bad.. But I sure wish Kenyon got it.
Its about more than numbers. If it was all about numbers Ball would have won it last year and Barner this year.
It doesn't add up. Barner had better numbers, is on a better team and played against better competition. I'm not sure what you're point is.

FUBAR! 2012 Doak is a joke. Kenyon is #1!
Good as it should be. Seriously disappointed with the selection process.
^^^ This ^^^. I guess the thought of another Duck winning was too much.
Someone is anti ducks period It's ESPN and there bs.
Kenjon definitely had a better year than Ball, but Ball got it because he set the NCAA rushing TD record this year. The committee probably had a hard time letting the leading TD rusher leave college w/o the award. Yet, like someone else said this is an annual award (supposedly based on only this season's stats), not a lifetime achievement. Would have been a great sell (and tribute to Gary Campbell) to say 2 our of the last 3 winners were UO RB's.
