Explains why he is reconsidering things..Looks like he plans on reaching out to coaches from USC, S.carolina, and Oregon..
Is today the last day we can make contact with a recruit? Isn't the window closed as of tomorrow? And is so, how do we get the young man to really consider us in that short time-span?
According to his profile, we have yet to actually offer. The only school he's intereseted in to not have done so. We could be the breath of fresh air he's looking for. According to his twitter, it's us, Miami, South Carolina and USC. Seems like a long-shot, but I say fire away!
I believe, he is allowed to contact the coaches, but the coaches can't initiate the contact.
Well, he could wait until after signing day to make a decision, for one.
What goes around comes around. What the #@$ do these kids expect schools to do? Schools need to move on and if a kid is waiting until Wed to make that decision and a school has held a spot and that kids chooses another school - you are left high and dry. I wish more programs would pull offers on kids who are waiting until the last minute..
he decommitted - if he would have stayed committed, this would not have happened.
Enjoy Life, it has an expiration date.
No it is not! >>>>
What is a dead period?
During a dead period a college coach may not have face-to-face contact with college-bound student-athletes or their parents, and may not watch student-athletes compete or visit their high schools. Coaches may write and telephone student-athletes or their parents during a dead period.

L. Perry coming up in the clutch.
Nice, LP! Then let's get on that s***! Can we invite him for an OV then? He was gonna come, but bailed. Let's reschedule.
After NLI day, a quiet period begins. In the quiet period he could come for an OV; >>>
"13.02.5.3 Quiet Period. A quiet period is a period of time when it is permissible to make in-person recruiting contacts only on the institution’s campus. No in-person, off-campus recruiting contacts or evaluations may be made during the quiet period."
Sounds like we better hurry if we want in on the sweepstakes.
So why did I get downvoted - do you really think it is okay for a kid to decommit and leave a school high and dry? It takes time to evaluate and vet these kids ... geez...
I agree .. +1
What does this mean for us?
