This has to help oregon land Gordon.
Sure doesn't hurt our chances; I really think Kentucky was already out of it, for Gordon ...
Gotta love it!
Kentucky now has 3 top 5 players and 6 5 star players in total. The next closest is Duke and Kansas with 2 5 stars respectively.
Has this ever happened in college basketball recruiting? I know there have been some amazing classes, but this is beyond ridiculous.
I think Gordon will be a duck if its possible
Why would it not be possible?
Gordon to Oregon, pretty pretty please
I think it's an Az/Oregon battle and we get him. Az has a couple of talented freshmen/sophomore at Gordon's position. He could come in and start day 1 at Oregon. He'd play for the COY. He's boys with Artis, Bell and the Robinson's. I'm sure he knows we got up to #10 in the nation before Artis was injured. With Gordon we will be a top 10 team. Wow!!! I'm pretty excited. I think we get him.

Definitely the best recruiting class(on paper) in history. They are going to be a force to be reckoned with. Hard to think they could have a better team then the Davis team, but they will. They're are also one of Wiggins finalist. If they land him they will have the #1 player at each position. Yikes!!! Plus take into consideration that Goodwin, Noel, Cauley-Stein and Poythress could very well come back too. Their bench could probably be a top 10 team. Lol.
Looking through it in 2011 they signed 4 players and all 4 where 5*. In fact since Cal has been there, they haven't signed less than three 5* in any one year. This year is about the same as every other year for UK.
I hope we get Gordon as well, but just a word of caution, do not totally discount Romar's relationship with Dad. IMHO it could be a leghumper and duck battle.
Hope your right.
6 is 50% more than 4 and twice as many as 3. They have 5 stars committed at every position plus an extra PF 5 star. If they get Wiggins that's 7 5 stars and 4 of the top 5 ranked players. It's far beyond anything that's happened since recruiting has been tracked. (With Wiggins), they would have the #1 player in the country at all 5 positions. No freaking way has that ever been done.

On the other site it's 1 3*, 5 5*, and a 4*. So I guess not everyone is ranking their class as highly. That said I have no doubt they could have signed another 2-3 5* if they had room in that year.

What site? Go off composite if you don't like the 247 rankings. The composite is 6 5* and 1 4*
But, it's the same as football. Not all of those guys are going to be stars, it rarely works out that way. It's just the way it is, at least that's my opinion on it. I agree that it helps Oregon that Randle is headed to Lexington. I would think it will come down to Zona and Oregon

Kentucky has 6 of the top 11 players. Top 100 SF and a chance at the number 1 player in wiggins. Wow
