The Ducks definitely have one of the toughest roads to the game. Gonzaga, just like in the regular season not so much
I'd say on the flip side that Indiana has the easiest path to the Final Four coming from the East region. Miami has zero tourney experience and Marquette has had much better teams, as has Syracuse.

I would be fascinated to see what equations/algorithms the committee uses to balance the tournament. It seems to me that the overall #1 should have the weakest--not strongest--region.
I guess strength and weakness is tough to define, though. Should the #1 overall get the weakest #2 and strongest #3? It gets confusing pretty fast, even if someone agrees on the overall seeds.
They were talking today on XM 91 and said the midwest region is by far the toughest of them all..
