in the NFL he might win 1...and you ain't winning championships anytime soon...
Ive been caught up in trash talking before on sites, so I'm going to stop. so to you sir I say have a pleasant night.
1 more thing before I leave though
"Another" did we lose more than one commitment since Chip left? Thanks for the civil post.
He also had 31 players arrested under his tenure at Florida. Guess you'll take that too. Please go back to your board.
USC is like a german car, every piece that breaks is of the highest quality.
Tough break for the Ducks losing out on Wilson. Not too often do you have the top rated player from the state of Texas committed to a school as far away as Oregon and you hold on to him for as long as Oregon did...frankly, I was pretty surprised Oregon was able to thwart off competing schools for as long as they did. I was originally skeptical of the long-term viability of Wilson's commitment when he initially made it in May, but certainly felt like he was more and more of a lock as the season wore on...unfortunately for the Ducks, it's pretty clear that Kelly heading to the NFL a day after meeting with Wilson was the deal breaker in the end. Again, tough break for a lot of fans, but that's the yin-yang of recruiting for ya.
And he gone! Just get someone else. That is all!

We was unbeatable, y'all didnt want any of this.
Here is a hearttfelt middle finger to the pond scum buckeyes fans that flame on this board.
I don't doubt Chip leaving was the catalyst, but I have to think Tyner having the monster year he did and showing well at the AAA game had to be something of a factor as well.
And your only argument is a one year post season ban.
I disagree here...I think if that were truly the case, Wilson would have wavered a long time ago. Oregon was largely a victim of circumstance with Kelly and they just simply missed on this recruit. That happens and it will without a doubt happen again.
With posters like ChyaDuck making the kind of comments he does, makes me more sympathetic, easier to understand why a PSA would feel the people here might not be so nice. Thing is, every board has this kind of fan who puts a blot on the rest of us. Also, coaches leave, it is a part of the game and there is never a good time to go so that it causes no problems for the team and recruiting.
Lets all stop bring up sanctions in your attempts to flame. Both fan bases are in a bit of a glass house as far as that goes.
Does anyone have a link to where we can watch the Dontre announcement (or at least a transcript) - I missed it
Enjoy Life, it has an expiration date.
Not something I'd care to watch again. :)
You are evil.
Thanks. I wanted wilson because our offense makes these types of back work. I fully expected him to be our 3rd best RB behind Tyner and DAT. My point here is he is not a big 10 type receiver and unless your recruiting him as a RB, I don't get Urban's infatuation. Both tOSU and Oregon are top 10 programs and probably top 5. Dontre should be proud to even be offered by either school. He ain't the RB Tyner is and i think he realized it. I don't believe this was a chip thing. Chip never went to Tyners house and I can't believe he was that involved with Dontre's recruitment.
Guess you ain't doin school either....
I think there is some truth in both what you point out and what jpsmith00 pointed out as well. Guys like Dontre want to be "the man", Tyner being impressive at the Army game may have made him wonder if he would be. Seeing someone 4olbs heavier and still faster than you, especially in person, could do that. So far as Chip leaving, maybe he felt that the "privilege" of coaching a player of his talent should have made Chip willing to stay. In short, the "circumstances" all play a part in these kids choices and Tyners performance was one of those "circumstances".
Did you really just spell "your" "ure?" That is just flat out retarded. You have no right to call anyone a dumb...
