I'm wondering if given the circumstances that maybe Helfrich, or whoever is in charge, might let some of our recruits go on visits without decommiting. Seems to me that would be a smart move. Let them get the curiosity out of their systems without slamming the door on them.

I'm still pretty confident that we end up with Wilson and the twins. A little unsure about Carrington.

It really seems like they are non-reactionary and will assess the best options for their son. That very well still may be Oregon...I believe the new coach still gets an in-home visit even though Kelly already did, so that will be our chance to make the case and lock him in.

They sounded as level headed and professional about the recruiting business and where Dontre was going to school as any father son combo that Ive ever heard each time they've spoken.

The Suckeyes think any recruit committed to any other school is a secret lock for them. Most arrogant fanbase in CFB, even more than any SEC school or USC. They still give us crap for the Rose Bowl. Who does that when you're not even rivals? Do we go and bother Wiscy on their board because they lost? Will we ever do that to K-State? No. But every few months some Suckeye likes to come on here and talk crap about 2009. Sick of it, grow up.

But I hope Cam can lock Dontre down. Glad they only took his call. I think he'll stay a Duck but it'll be a battle.
