Kenny Lawler's father played at Oregon. I seem to remember hearing that he wanted to go to Oregon, but never was offered. He is a four star. Were his grades the problem?
He committed to Cal...so I don't think this was the case.
Probably not high on the coaches list because there was very little about him mentioned regarding Oregon. Was going to go to Oregon Steate, but chose Cal on LOI day
