Oregon will likely announce at 3 pm per a media release today.

Some of the coaches will be in Portland for the recruiting dinner that starts at 6pm. They'll have to high-tail it to Portland after the presser.

Phat; if like last year, some surprises will get out early. Some PSA's will notify the different sites they have connections with right after. In other words most of the LOI's will be outed prior, some we will find out at the presser, and a couple later.
