Thing is you have Dee running the complience dept. and he was the AD in charge of compliance at Miami when this was going on. He should resign or at least recuse himself from the case. IMHO this will not happen and Miami could get a slap on the wrist because of Dee. It is not who you blow, it is who you know.

Ya, there's no way on the 5 schollies per year. Would USC be able to sue the NCAA if such penalty WAS enforced? This is a very sticky scenario and although I'm not a huge fan of seeing kids punished for things done years before, I think the "death penalty" fits the acts committed. It's tragic, and I think the penalty will be as well. I can't imagine the affect that would have on a school like Miami.
