Autzen Audibles

First off, id just like to say its time for oregon (players, coaches) to nut up and start winning these big time games. Adjustments - the left guard needs to be replaced. Barner does not need to be on punt nor kick return., he is to scared to get injured again. Darron Thomas must show up, seemed like every one of his passes forced the receivers to make adjustments. Thomas also needs to run the ball when the defense gives him room. Our recievers need to a better job of getting open and catching the ball. Not impressed with hoffman andcits sad if that's all we got at that position. Lamichael needs to step it up in big games, he needs to prove each game he should be the heisman. He seems slow this yr. D'anthony Thomas just needs to hold on to the ball. Colt lyerla need to see some balls thrown his way cuz paulsen has to run a 5.0 fourty. Paulsen = zero speed. Defensive line needs to get more pressure on the qb. Heimuli needs to man up, 1 tackle isn't cutting it. Linebackers and db's did very well. Need more sacks as a team tho. Alot of question marks after the god awful performance last weekend, but its still early. Go ducks

I think we would see Bennett, DAT and Carson. Everyone else staying in their rotations so they can mesh better. RB and QB have no need to be in though.

I would like to see three things improved upon:

1) I think it's important to start strong and get into a rhythm early. Do a few things to stretch the field and keep Nevada guessing what's coming next.
2) DT keeping the ball more often, whether this is by design or by selling a fake, if he just steps back in the shotgun on a designed pass play it removes a dimension the Ducks can use.
3) Throw down the seams

Would love to see a blow out with the 1's pulled and the backups getting playing time. One of the cornerstones (and recruitment pluses) is guys getting early playing time and rotating players. Would be nice to see what Bennett and co. does in a game.

I think were very beatable and I'm sure Nevada feels the same. We better be a whole lot better or we could easily start this year 0-2. This defense was pretty darn good last year. I don't think our receivers scare anyone and we will see an 8 man box all night.

Nevada is replacing a few d-lineman right? If I recall, they have a pretty solid linebacker core but James is a man on a mission. I think he goes for over 200 all-purpose yards.

Nevada is a good team. They have mastered the pistol in a way that UCLA and Rick Neuheisel never will. That said, we have game experience this year and they don't. They are breaking in anew QB. Plus, the game is at Autzen. It will not be a blow out at half time but it will be by the end of the third quarter. We win 48-17. The stars will be DAT (Barner will have limited playing time), LMJ, T. Mitchell and the "D" line. DT will run the ball with success. Chip Kelly will say we have "a long way to go."
