The whole thing with Jefferson is that his eligibility is weird. He went to CC in Mississippi, but something happened where he never played or attended classes? I thought it was something like that.

We better let him be a Duck anyone with this much talent that wants to play for us should not be turned down, unless he has a train wreck type of personallality...which doesn't sound like it.
This guy has worked hard to get here (by his and his coaches account) so why would we deney him?
I wish him well and I can't wait until he plays for us!

He didn't enroll right away. Would have two years starting in 2013.

Thing is he enrolled just last year, needed some time to grow up.

Why are you being so pissy about this? I'm not questioning anything Justin has said or posted re RJ. However, there are folks on other sites who do know a thing or 2. This isn't about Justin's accuracy vs someone else's, but simply some well connected folks who are saying that right now, our staff is not pursuing or is interested in Jefferson. Could that change? Of course it could. Could these others be wrong? Yes they could. Finally, pointing out that Justin was correct re Harper's likely late move away from Oregon has nothing at all to do with this discussion.

Not trying to be pissy or put anyone down and if it came across that way I apologize. Just pointing out the mods here are usually up to speed on this stuff and have great connections. If Jhop says there is a chance of us still recruiting Jefferson then I would go with that.

If you haven't checked out RJ's highlights please do yourself a favor and buy yourself some adult diapers because you are going to soil yourself. He's absolutely a must get if the oppurtunity arises.
