i dont think coach azz has or wants any guys with big egos on his line which is not a bad thing. having said that if we are ever going to recruit stars on the D line coach azz will have to change a little because there are very few Haloti Ngatas out there. if not we will most likely have a consistent overachieving undersized d line which is fine until we play the SEC.

Chip is the one who is trying to cultivate a specific locker room culture with this team. Something tells me that he has more to do with this than Azz. And I don't think comprimising the values that have made this team so successful is that answer to anything.
