I find it funny the Helfrich loaded up on Defense and the Allioti stocked up on Offense.

Aliotti's team will just need their offensive linemen to hold their blocks long enough for the backs or quarterback to get the ball to the outside. From there they have the superior downfield blocking lined up.
That's going to be the big question for me.

This seems to be very telling of where the coaches are leaning at QB. It looks like starting O vs starting D w/ a few variables thrown in there. This will be great to see how MM handles that D-line and secondary. This game should be very educational with these line ups.

QBs unsure right now.
RBs I'll take light team
WRs light team
TEs light team
OLs close, but I'll take Dark team
DLs dark team
LBs light team
DBs dark team
STs: uh...don't care and don't really know.
Overall, I think the light team looks much stronger on paper, but if the dark team DL controls the line of scrimmage that could change the entire game.

my bet is on the white team if mariota can handle the pressure from the dark D line.

White team looks stronger to me on paper...but you never know how long the 1st/2nd team guys will play.
Nevertheless, I'm picking white (or light) team to win.

I think the light team has the better offense where the dark team has the better D. It should be interesting.

It's crazy how deep we air. It isn't obvious which side is better, or which side even picked first. I have no idea who the first player taken was. I can't remember a year like that. With few exceptions, we are 2-3 deep at every spot with talent all over and not much drop off between 1 and 2 at every spot. That's huge, a big characteristic of some great teams. Either side could be our starting lineup and we would beat OSU by 3 TD's.

like everyone said already i think the light team has the better supporting players but we will see what happens.......Finally some Ducks football action and then another drought until sep.1st lol and hopefully everyone stays safe and healthy during the game

The dark team will win this matchup, IMO, and I wouldnt be suprised if it was by a couple touchdowns. This early in the year with segmented squads, give me the team that can play defense and run the football. Dark team is going to run wild.
Part of me hopes Im wrong though because that means the young guys have a bright future.
